Cancellation and Refund Policy

Terms and conditions:

The registration of participants is binding. However, please consider the substitution, cancellation, and refund policy mentioned below. Please note that the event program may be subject to changes.

Registrations:

Registrations will close on 8th September, 2025 for in-person participation and on 10th September for online participation. If maximum capacity for the in- person event venue is reached before this date, the in-person event registration will be closed prior to this deadline.

Participation is not guaranteed for in-person attendance until the full payment of the registration fee is received and verified at our end.

Confirmation:

Participants will receive a confirmation email from our registration system after successful event registration & payment (where applicable). Payment options include credit cards, debit cards, UPI and internet banking. An invoice of the registration fee will be sent on the email ID entered at the time of registration, once the payment is completed.

Substitution:

If an in-person registrant is unable to attend the physical event for any reason whatsoever, he/she may substitute another member from the same customer organization. In order to do this, a written request must be sent to us at tekla.marketing.in@trimble.com with all details of the existing registration along with complete details of the substitute. These requests shall be entertained only till 5th September, 2025.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

We understand that users who have registered for the physical event may be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and may also not be able to nominate a substitute. While we try to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability, any cancellations, especially the late ones, come at a cost to us as we make many of our arrangements well in advance. Consequently, Tekla User Days 2025 in-person registrations can only be cancelled via written requests sent to us at tekla.marketing.in@trimble.com only till 5th September. No cancellation requests shall be entertained thereafter.

An administrative fee of Rs. 1500 will be withheld from all refunds. Taxes and convenience fees for transactions cannot be refunded as these shall be paid out to the respective stakeholders per successful registration
